The Atlantic Charter

World War II poster entitled, "The Atlantic Charter." The poster is printed in black text on white paper and lists eight principles that were being promoted by the United States and the United Kingdom. The charter was signed by Franklin D. Roosevelt and Winston S. Churchill and was dated August 14, 1941. Small printed text along the lower edge of the poster shows "OWI Poster No. 50. Additional copies may be obtained upon request from the Division of Public Inquiries, Office of War Information, Washington, D.C." and "U. S. Government Printing Office: 1943-O-517133."
