Consumer Protection
[Milliken for Michigan]

One political campaign poster entitled "Consumer Protection." The poster consists of black and blue text on a white background. It also shows several black and white photos of William Milliken, the Republican governor of Michigan, who was running for re-election (third term) in 1976. The printed text lists various accomplishments as well as campaign pledges and newspaper quotes. Small printed text on the lower right corner indicates that John A. Hannah was the chairman for the "Milliken for Michigan" campaign. The verso shows a color picture of a tarantula and a grasshopper along with the quotation, "In a free market - fairness - not power - must prevail, William G. Milliken."
