World War II poster with the message, "I need your skill in a WAR JOB!" The poster shows a black and white drawing of Uncle Sam with a list of job positions where workers were needed. The artist's name, "James Montgomery Flagg," is shown at the lower right corner of the drawing. Skilled workers were encouraged to "See your nearest U.S. Employment Service." Small printed text along the lower edge of the poster shows "OWI Poster No. 25. Additional copies may be obtained upon request from the Division of Public Inquiries, Office of War Information, Washington, D. C." and "U.S. Government Printing Office: 1943-O-502683."
