Labor's Sign of the Times

Cold War poster entitled: "Labor's Sign of the Times" to advertise and promote worker enrollment in payroll savings plans for the purchase of U.S. Savings Bonds. The multicolor poster shows nine head and shoulders pictures of men and women who are dressed for different types of occupations. An "Application For the Payroll Savings Plan for U. S.
