Lend as they fight
World War I poster with the messages: "Lend as they fight" and "Buy More Liberty Bonds." The multicolor poster shows a drawing of a battlefield scene with one American soldier firing a rifle while crouched over a wounded soldier who is seated on the ground and is firing a pistol. The artist's name, "Sidney H. Rosenberg," is shown near the lower right corner of the drawing. Small printed text along the lower edge of the poster shows "Ketterlinus, Phila." and "Third Federal Reserve District."
