Missouri Leads in Food Increase
World War I poster entitled: "Missouri Leads in Food Increase", the poster is printed in red and black text on a white background and shows a drawing of a farmer who is plowing the soil with a team of horses. Several bar charts and diagrams show the percent increases in food production in the state from 1916 to 1917 for various crops including corn, wheat, and potatoes.
