World War I poster entitled: "Official United States War Films", the multicolor poster shows a drawing of a battleship underway with two searchlights that are aimed upward into the night sky. The artist's name, "H. Devitt Welsh," is shown in the lower left corner of the drawing. Additional text along the bottom of the poster shows "Produced by Signal Corps USA and Committee on Public Information." Small printed text in the lower right corner of the poster shows "The Morgan Litho. Co., Cleveland, O."
