You Can Autograph This Bomber!
World War II advertisement poster from North American Aviation , Inc., with the messages, "You Can Autograph this Bomber," and "North American Sets the Pace." The poster shows a black and white photographic image of a workman who is autographing the fuselage of a B-25 airplane with the word, "Tokio." Printed text in the lower portion of the poster advertises the aircraft production work at the plant and encourages citizens to buy war bonds. Citizens are also offered the opportunity to have their name written on an airplane if they send a postcard to the factory with their name and the serial number of the war bond that they have purchased.
