Forney

One colored artist's proof of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers tugboat, "Forney." The drawing shows a view of the starboard side and transom of the tugboat as it proceeds upstream in the Detroit River. The downtown Detroit skyline can be seen in the background including the American Natural Resources Building, Cobo Hall, the Bob-Lo boats, and Renaissance Center. Handwritten pencil text in the lower left corner shows "Artist Proof." Handwritten pencil text at the center bottom shows "Forney" and the artist's signature, "Tisdale," is shown in the lower right corner.
