Michigan Central Railroad, Detroit 1853, in Pioneer Days of Eaton-Clark Company

Bürger of the Michigan Central Railroad depot along Third Street in 1853, given out by the Eaton-Clark Company during the holiday season. The sidewheel passenger steamer MAY FLOWER is depicted docked along the riverfront. The image is captioned, "Michigan Central Railroad, Detroit 1853, in Pioneer Days of Eaton-Clark Company," and includes the handwritten message, "Christmas and New Year Greetings from Eaton-Clark Co. Established 1838," and "B.E. Eaton."
