Half-folded invitation to the dedication of the "Historical Marker of Old City Hall," on July 4, 1971, the 100th anniversary of City Hall's formal opening and dedication, in Kennedy Square where it previously stood The invitation is printed in red on white cardstock. An illustration of City Hall and Campus Martius by C.E. Anthony is printed on the cover. Horse-drawn carriage and streetcars, the base of a moonlight tower, and a portion of the Hammond Building are also visible in the scene. A list of guests, and the schedule of speakers and musical performances are contained within.
