16 page souvenir program for the Grand Scottish Concert and Ball held by the St. Andrew's Society of Detroit at the General Motors Building auditorium on January 25, 1934 in celebration of the 175th anniversary of the birth of Robert Burns, whose birth place is pictured on the cover. The program for the night is printed in a narrow column at the center of each page, surrounded by advertisements, many geared toward people of Scottish heritage such as trips to Scotland, Scottish food, and an advertisement for Bordens irradiated milk featuring a cartoon of a man in a kilt with rickets on the back cover.
