Program booklet for performances by the Shrine Minstrels, at Windsor's Capitol Theatre on December 19, 1943, and the Masonic Auditorium on December 20, 1943. The program is bound in a yellow cover with diagonal red and green stripes on the upper left and lower right corners. An illustration of a "blackface" character is in the center of the cover. Within is a forward by Illustrious Potentate William Carlson about the event's charitable recipients, and a list of acts and performers. The history of "The Star Spangled Banner," is printed on the back cover.
