Richmond [of Richmond & Backus Company] paid $242.56 for state and county taxes on property located at "W [west] 24 ft., Lot 3, Blk 1" and also "Richmond and Backus Personal." The receipt was signed by "James Collins, D. [Deputy] County Treasurer."
