Weekly Operation Report and Tire Inspection Record

Inspection record, form CWN-17, from the Office of Defense Transportation entitled, "Weekly Operation Report and Tire Inspection Record." The form was printed in black text and has lines and columns that were to be filled in with information concerning miles traveled, fuel consumed, packages hauled, and tires. Many of the lines have been completed in handwritten black ink, recording travels for the months of July 1943 to June 1944. The record is addressed to Harold Jeross, 10036 Broad Street, Detroit, Michigan. The same format continues on the verso.
