Copy of the Michigan House of Representatives House Concurrent Resolution number 287, in which the House and Senate tribute Mayor Roman S. Gribbs "in token of the esteem in which his myriad accomplishments are held by the people and the State of Michigan". Adopted by the House 11/28/1973 and the Senate 12/6/1973. Signed by Beryl Kenyon, Secretary of State and the Clerk of the House of Representatives. The resolution has a blue decorative border and the Michigan State Seal at the top with the words "State of Michigan".
