One resolution issued by the Common Council of the City of Detroit which welcomed the members of Kiwanis International to Cobo Hall for their annual international convention. The resolution is printed in black text on white paper which has a decorative gold-colored border. It has been signed by all of the Council Members, as well as the City Clerk, City Treasurer, and the Mayor. A gold-colored embossed City seal is affixed at the lower left corner. The resolution is mounted on a dark blue cardboard matte.
