Resolution, "House Concurrent Resolution No. 19," printed in black and blue on white paper and adopted by the Michigan House of Representatives on February 9, 1967 and the Michigan Senate on February 28, 1967. The resolution was made as a memorial to Olympic sprinter Thomas Edward Tolan, Jr., better known as Eddie Tolan.
