Specifications for Chicago Pneumatic Tool Co. Complete Set.

Specifications, bound at the top by two brass fasteners in a coated linen cover, for the mason work, carpenter work, roofing, and painting for an addition to the Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company Plant on the west side of Second Avenue, between Amsterdam Street and the railroad tracks to the north. A.C. Varney and F.J. Winter of Varney, Winter and Varney are listed as the architects. Several handwritten additions have been made to the printed specifications. The cover is printed with advertisements for a variety of building materials suppliers. "[???] dated April 1900," is handwritten on the cover.
