One booklet entitled "Specifications - Mr. William E. Roney for a Solid Brick 3-Story, 12-Apartment Building & Janitor Apartment, Located on the North Side of Morass [Moross] Road Bet. Jefferson Ave. & Grosse Pointe Blvd., Lots #11-12 & ½ of 13, Grosse Pointe Farms, Mich." The architectural specifications (Job 295, Set No. 1) are bound in a booklet that has two brass fasteners at the top. The cover is made of heavy tan paper and includes typewritten text for the title. Printed text beneath the title shows the name, "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." The cover interior and outside back cover have printed advertisements for many contractors, tradesmen, and building materials suppliers. The booklet contains 90 pages of typewritten text that give brief descriptions of all of the materials and construction requirements for the project. An index is shown on the first page.
