Ticket stub for the 1951 National Air Races, numbered 227669, held at Detroit-Wayne Major Airport on Sunday, August 19. The ticket was used for $1.50 general admission. The ticket is printed in dark blue and red on light blue paper, and features an image of planes flying beside an eagle, the description, "An Event of Detroit's 250th Birthday Festival," and the printed signature of business manager James V. Votta on the recto. A map showing the locations of parking and bleacher seating at the field is on the verso.
