Edmund Fitzgerald on Saturday, June 7, 1958, at 12 O'Clock Noon, E.S.T., Under Construction for the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company - Owner, and Oglebay Norton Company, Columbia Transportation Division - Charterer."
