The ticket, #787773, is printed in blue and red text on pale red paper that has a faint security print pattern in the background. A facsimile signature of "Leo J. Nowicki, General Manager," appears in the lower left corner. The verso is printed with a similar design. The ticket was sold in books of five tickets for $1.00.
