One Abstract of Title prepared by The Title Guaranty and Abstract Department of the Union Trust Company of Detroit, Michigan, concerning "Shore Ownerships of land on Grosse Isle [Ile] South from Rail Road to North line of W.A. Rucker land as in County Atlas. The properties were all located in Monguagon Township, Wayne County. The document package consists of a brown cover, title page, and five pages of typewritten text which provide legal descriptions and owner's names for 16 parcels of land. The pages are bound at the top with a narrow brown satin ribbon. The abstract is dated "Detroit, December 12th, 1912, at 8 o'clock A.M."
