U-Matic tape containing two public service announcements promoting Christmas events as part of the 1985 "Do It In Detroit" campaign. The first sport is for Detroit's 24th Annual Christmas Carnival at Cobo Hall from December 6th to the 18th. It features a puppet, Percy the Pig, and a title card with the slogan, "Where the Treetops Glisten." The second spot is for Noel Night in the University Cultural Center, on Wednesday, December 11th. It includes a group of people singing a Christmas carol, and a title card.

The video is on a U-Matic S tape with a small 3M label on its top. The tape is housed within a black plastic latching case with a handwritten 3M label on the cover.
