U-Matic S tape containing silent footage shot for the city's Neighborhood Shopping Days campaign of sites along Bagley Avenue in Mexicantown--the City Spirit mural, and the exteriors of restaurants at 23rd Street.

The tape begins with an extended shot of the City Spirit mural on the northeast side of St. Anne Street, southeast of Bagley Avenue.

The remainder of the tape was filmed from the west corner of Bagley Avenue and 23rd Street. From the spot the camera makes several pans from the ice cream parlor and an empty storefront on the northwest side of Bagley between the Fisher Service Drive and 23rd Street, to El Zocalo on the west corner, the down Bagley to the southwest, then to Xochimilco on the south corner.

The video is on a 3M MBU-18 U-Matic S tape with a handwritten 3M label on its top. The tape is housed in a black plastic latching case with matching labels on its cover and spine.
