U-Matic S tape containing footage of multiple takes of a scene of a witch discussing the Detroit Department of Recreation's free Halloween parties program, filmed for a public service announcement. She is initially joined by several children in costume who are not present in later takes.

The video is on a 3M MBA-18 U-Matic S tape with a handwritten City of Detroit Department of Public Information Video Production label on its top. The tape is housed in a black plastic latching case with a 3M label on its cover.
