U-Matic tape containing silent footage shot at a Mexican Ethnic Festival in Hart Plaza on August 4, 1989. The footage captures a mariachi band playing at the bottom of the northwest amphitheater; spectators in that area; cooks and food vendors in the underground concessions area including a La Casita and a Chinese restaurant (presumably Henry Yee Chinese Cuisine); a souvenir shop with sombreros, piñatas, and t-shirts; and a mariachi band performing for diners in the underground concessions area.

The video is on a 3M UCA-30s U-Matic S tape with a handwritten 3M label on its top. The tape is housed within a black plastic latching clamshell case with a handwritten 3M label on the cover.
