She discusses her time spent racing at the Dorais Velodrome in Dorais Park, and the activities of the Detroit Recreation Department as a call for volunteers for the department. The video also includes shots of a jogger running along Belle Isle's Loiter Way beside the Belle Isle Stables, Young-Ochowicz riding her bicycle on the velodrome, children playing on the Belle Isle Playscape, a family walking through Belle Isle, and Young-Ochowicz posed with a group of children with bicycles on the velodrome. The second spot is slightly different with a close-up of Young-Ochowicz and a shot of a family at the Belle Isle toddler swings replacing the tail end of a long shot of her riding her bike.
The video is on a generic U-Matic S tape, with a Department of Public Information Video Production on the top. The tape is housed withing a black plastic latching clamshell case with a Department of Public Information Video Production label on the front.
