U-Matic S tape containing b-roll shot for the video "'E.T. Tourist' The Visit," produced by the City of Detroit's Department of Public Information for Media Day 1990. The recording features daytime footage shot from the roof of the Veterans Memorial Building of skyline, the Detroit River, Hart Plaza, and the Civic Center.

The shots include a pan from the Renaissance Center to the river, a pan from Michigan Consolidated Gas Company Building and the Guardian Building to the river, a zoom out from the STAR OF DETROIT and STAR OF DETROIT II at dock to show the Renaissance Center, a cruiser boat on the Detroit River, a pan around between the City-County Building and the path leading to the Pylon, Cobo Hall and a hot air balloon-shaped decoration in front of it, the Pontchartrain Hotel and a view to the northwest,

The recording is on a 3M UCA 30S U-Matic S tape with a handwritten 3M label on its top, marked "Tape 6 Media Day Downtown Exteriors." The tape is housed within a black plastic latching case with a matching label faintly marked "Tape 6, Media Day, Downtown, Hart Plaza, River, 4-30-90."
