U-Matic tape containing unedited footage of children and adults being interviewed in a shopping center and in front of the statue of Joe Louis outside of Joe Louis Arena during the Christmas Carnival. They are asked where downtown is, what they like about it, and to describe it in one word.
The video is on a 3M MBU-18 U-Matic S tape, with a 3M label with "What is Downtown Det." written on it. The tape is housed within a black plastic latching case.
