VHS tape containing four Angels' Night public service announcement spots produced by the Detroit Cable Commission. Each spot is preceded by a title card. The first two spots are titled "Hot" and feature a male narrator against background audio consisting of a simple bassline, radio chatter, and helicopter sounds, coupled with images of Angels' Night volunteers. The second two spots are titled "Cold" and feature a female narrator against the Steve Winwood song "Angel of Mercy," coupled with images of Angels' Night volunteers.

The video is on a "Professional" T-60 tape labeled on the top and edge with the title. The tape is housed within a clear plastic case.
