VHS tape containing a public service announcement soliciting volunteers for Detroit Clean Sweep 1997, a neighborhood clean-up effort scheduled for April 26, 1997. The spot features footage of volunteers from a previous year set to music, as a voice-over urges viewers call the registration line. The public service announcement was recorded over the very beginning of a tape of examples of stock footage, effects, and animation for the video production company Cascom International.

The video is on a generic tape with handwritten Maxwell Betacam SP labels on its top and side. The video is housed within a black plastic case, with a handwritten insert in its window. A "dub" sticker is also affixed to the cover.
