VHS tape containing the second part of a lecture given by Professor Werner Spitz, Wayne County's Chief Medical Examiner and professor of pathology at Wayne State University's School of Medicine, about forensic science for the City of Detroit Law Department on January 15, 1986. In this portion of the lecture, Spitz takes questions from the audience. The questions cover topics including the jurisdiction of the Wayne County Medical Examiner's office, circumstances for conducting autopsies, when families refuse autopsies, situations when the cause of death is in question, the quality of medical reports from other jurisdictions in Michigan, the office's photography, and assessing pain and life expectancy.

The video is on a 3M T-120 "Professional" tape with a printed Higgins-Justice Associates Video Services label on the top, and a printed label on the side. The tape is housed within a black plastic 3M T120 latching clamshell case with another Higgins-Justice Associates Video Services label on the cover, and another printed label on the spine.
