VHS tape containing footage shot at the 1989 awards ceremony at Martin Luther King, Jr. High School of a series of excerpts from speeches and poems performed by students about Devil's Night. Closing credits, backed by a song by the Blue Pigs, state that the event was sponsored by the City of Detroit, and co-produced by the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department and the Department of Public Information.

The video is on a 3M "Broadcast" T-30 tape with a handwritten 3M label on the top. The tape is housed within a black plastic 3M T30 sleeve..
