The video describes the operations of the plant, and the monofill and landfill associated with it. The video stresses the themes of safety and cleanliness of the plant, and its emissions. A segment at the end briefly discusses other waste management strategies for the city such as recycling and composting. Bella Marshall, the Finance Director of the City of Detroit, Michael Brinker, the plant's general manager, and Sam Chagois, the Project Manager of Combustible Engineering appear during the video.

The video is on a 3M T-30 "Broadcast" tape with a loose printed label that was adhered to the top. The tape is housed within a black cardboard 3M T30 sleeve with a matching label affixed to the cover.
