VHS tape containing the promotional video "Greater Detroit Resource Recovery Facility, Update: May 1988," about the under-construction plant. The video tauts the facility's waste disposal and power generation capabilities, the new jobs created by it, and the measures to keep it clean and safe. Bella Marshall, the Finance Director of the City of Detroit, and the plant's general managers Michael Brinker and "Kurk" Kuykendall are interviewed. Footage of the construction of the plant, as well as that of a similar facility in Hartford, Connitcut are featured.

The video is on a Focal T-120 tape with a printed Focal labels on the top and side. The tape is housed within a white cardboard Focal T-120 sleeve.
