VHS tape containing a short promotional clip for the Detroit Convention Bureau produced by Sue Marx Films, Incorporated. The video features a montage of shots of events and attractions in and around the city, intercut scenes of a band in a studio performing the song, "It's a Great Time in Detroit." Orthea Barnes and Michael Brock provide vocals while Alto Reed of the Silver Bullet Band plays saxophone.

The video is on a T-30 Fuji PG tape with a printed Griot Editorial label wrapped around the top and side of the tape. The tape is housed within a black plastic VHS case with a matching label affixed to the cover.
