One side cap worn by U.S. Army Artillery Sgt. Daniel M. Karales. The folding cap is made of tan cotton twill fabric and has red piping along the edges. The interior has a fabric headband and is unlined. The headband is stamped in black text that shows "7" and "K-8633." A manufacturer's label on the inside shows "Cap, Garrison, Khaki M-1950, Mid City Uniform Cap Co., 12-20-50, QM 8555, Spec. No. Mil.-C-1912, Stock No. 73-C-18070-45, Size 7, N.Y.Q.M.P.A."
