Cup, Demitasse

One demitasse cup from the dining room of the passenger steamship, SS Northland, of the Clarke Steamship Company. The cup is made of white glazed china. It is has a rounded top edge, a plain handle with a narrow blue stripe on the outside, and straight sides that taper slightly to form a narrower rounded bottom which has a short circular base. A blue stripe encircles the cup above the midpoint. At a break in the stripe on the front, a circular blue company logo is shown along with text that reads "Clarke Steamship Company, Quebec." The underside is stamped with blue text that reads "Vitrified, Globe Pottery Co., Ltd., Cobridge, England."
