The Detroit Historical Museum will be closed Wednesday, November 26 and Thursday, November 27 for the Thanksgiving Holiday. The museum will resume normal business hours on Friday.
Lived to see the illiteracy of the African American race reduced from 29.5 to 3.5 in Detroit and teaching corps increased from 1 in a seperate schoot to 17 in mixed schools.
