One black and white photograph of a clamshell bucket that is being used for dredging work. The photo shows a view of the bucket lifting earth and rock material near a shoreline. The work was being performed by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company dredge, Handy Andy. A typewritten adhesive label on the verso reads "Pipe Line crossing, St. Clair River, November, 1928. Bucket and dredge commencing excavation at American shore, also trench where pipe line enters river, and range target."
