One color photograph of a funeral procession for one of two Detroit Fire Department firemen who died as a result of the riots which had taken place in the city in late July, 1967. The photo shows lines of firemen who are walking along a roadway in a cemetery (probably Elmwood). Many large trees are visible in the background along with headstones and monuments. A red ink stamp on the verso shows "D.F.D. [Detroit Fire Department] Photo, by Capt. J. A. Mancinelli."
