The view looks northeastward from the intersection of Woodward Avenue and Woodbridge Street and shows brick road pavement and streetcar tracks in the foreground. The steel framework of the new City-County Building can be seen in the left background. In the center background, a row of three old commercial/office buildings are being prepared for demolition and can be seen along the east side of Woodward Avenue just south of Jefferson Avenue.
