One color photograph of a small floating dry dock owned by the Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company. The dry dock has long, rectangular-shaped steel float chambers on each side and an open, channel-like section at the center. The float in the foreground is tied to the side of a crane barge and five workmen are standing on the float chambers. A portable pump is being used to fill the outer chamber which is sinking and is partially awash.
