On the left is a speaker or bullhorn with eyes painted on the front. To the right are three timber pilings tied together with rope. Atop the pilings sit three puppets: Cecil (left), an unidentified character (center), and Stanley (right). Beneath them on a lower piling is a small cage which holds Whitey the Mouse.
