Detroit Real Estate Board Agreement of Sale

One real estate sale agreement. The form is printed in black text on both sides of a sheet of paper. Blank sections have been completed in black typewritten text and handwritten blue ink. The agreement indicates that John T. Woodhouse of the Woodhouse Cigar Company is selling Lot 3 and part of the adjacent Lot 4 on the south side of Jefferson Avenue for $22,000 to Ralph Vigliotti. The form has been signed by both the purchaser and the seller and is dated December 1, 1955. A typewritten amendment is attached to the back of the form which indicated that $550.00 of the sale price was to by paid to the Lambrecht Realty Company as a commission. Handwritten black ink text on the front of the document reads "Cancelled June 27, 1956, Ralph Vigliotti."
