One resolution, dated April 9, 1956, entitled "Certified Copy of Proceedings and Resolutions Re Sale of Land by Woodhouse Cigar Company." The resolution is typewritten in black text on white paper that is watermarked "Moershire Linen Bond, Rag Content." The resolution indicated that the company president, John T. Woodhouse, was authorized to sell a parcel of land that was owned by the company. The resolution was signed by the company secretary, Mildred B. Dautrick.
