Alvin Clark, Hull Lines
One blueprint entitled "Alvin Clark, Hull Lines." The drawing (Sheet No. 1 of 3) shows plan, profile, and cross-section views of the hull lines of the two-masted sailing vessel. A summary of vessel dimensions is also shown near the center of the sheet. A note near the lower center area of the sheet shows "Great Lakes Schooner Alvin Clark, built at Truago, Mich., 1846, for John P. Clark of Detroit. She sank in Green Bay, Lake Michigan, 1864. Refloated by Frank Hoffmann and others in 1969. She has since been on exhibit at Mystery Ship Seaport, Menominee, Michigan." A note in the lower right corner of the sheet shows "Lines taken off by C. T. McCutcheon, Jr., and Denise B. McCutcheon at Menominee, Mich., July, 1980." The drawing was done at a scale of 1:48 by C. T. McCutcheon, Jr., and is dated July, 1982.
