The building owner was the "Woodsear Co." The title block in the lower right corner indicates that the plan was prepared by "Chas. N. Agree, Inc., Architects, 1140 Book Tower, Detroit, Michigan," at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated April 11, 1941.
